Didn't expect to like it, much less love it. It's depressing, yeah, but there's so much more to it than you notice the first time you watch it. Made me an Uma Thurman fan for life, Juliette Lewis was convincingly good, and Gena Rowlands.
..well...another one of the finest American actresses ever.
