Hysteria is a uirky and funny film, but its tone and treatment make it hard for one to take it seriously. Maggie Gyllenhaal was the star of the show, outshines some of the more senior cast members. Hugh Dancy was amusing to watch.
On the whole Hysteria is an enjoyable film.
