Review of Hyde Park on Hudson (2012) by Mandy W — 07 Feb 2013
Most reviews are horrified this movie points to the polyamorous relationships built by Franklin Roosevelt - a treasured American icon. Bill Murry does a splendid job of painting an accurate portrait of a man who chose to surround himself with supportive men and women in order not to wallow in his polio.
Splendid small novel of a film. Disruptive, annoying to narrow liberals and conservatives - a triumph!!
