Review of Hustle & Flow (2005) by Andrew S — 26 Dec 2013

Felt like it didn't really live up to it's hype. But it was still a decent film. Didn't particularly like the ending. But did have strong performances. Especially the pregnant girl don't know the actress who played her but she was good.

The romance between the two was quite unexpected but still nice to have. The climax took me by surprise didn't expect that to happen but its nice when a film throws you a curve ball these days.
