Sticking to the basics, Flanagan provides audiences with a classic tale of home invasion with a twist. The lack of dialogue only adds to the suspense, and Kate Siegel's portrayal of the seemingly helpless Maddie is magnificent.
Flanagan proves he is not afraid of the fundamentals, but puts in his own unique flavour, delivering a wonderful white-knuckle thriller that will leave audiences hungry for more.
