Review of Husbands and Wives (1992) by Travis E — 05 Oct 2009
Painfully honest, bleakly hilarious, Wooden delivers a film rife with psychological insights worthy of an Ibsen play. Ironically, Woody's avatar within the films shows a greater restraint and maturity than Woody did in his real life exploits.
Almost on par with his great masterwork Manhattan.
