Hurricane Bianca is a very charming and funny movie. While at times the performances all around fall a little flat, some of the filming was a bit wonky, and there are some super cheesy moments, it was overall an enjoyable ride that had me laughing very loudly at several points.
With a great cast, some truly LOL moments, and a heart-felt story, Hurricane Bianca is a truly good time.
