Review of Hunter Killer (2018) by Paul H — 08 Nov 2018
This movie was good but had potential to be great. Director Donovan Marsh is to blame under utilizing Gary Oldman and even overplaying him at times. Joint Chief doesn't loose his cool. Also, the last second destruction of missiles headed for the Arkansas by the Russian Destroyer was predictable.
But the spec ops guys story line was very good. Gerard Butler was good.
Needed more attention to detail in the smaller scenes like in the torpedo room.
