Charming, funny and whimsical, 'Hunt for The Wilderpeople' is a well-disguised drama that tackles serious topics and, ultimately, delivers a touching story full of heart. The fantastically eccentric characters are well written, but it's Sam Neill and Julian Dennison's portrayals that really brings them to life, with the latter stealing the show - put those two together and you end up with an unlikely, but absolutely magnetic on-screen duo.
Really, I defy anyone to watch this and not leave feeling uplifted and satisfied.
