Review of Hungry for Change (2012) by Juan N — 22 May 2015
This was a great documentary. It started out as a reasonably in depth look at how the food industry has deceived us into eating foods that we were never designed to eat, but goes deeper chemical additives that cause people to become chemically and physically addicted to processed foods that make us sick.
Then, it takes a slight turn to the psychological factors involved in making us fat. The panel of doctors, scientists, nutritionists and health writers were very upbeat and inspiring. You'll never look at food the same way, and you will want to change at least one or two mindless eating and lifestyle habits afterwards.
