Not bad but not quite the triumph the DVD cover's critical quotes would have you believe either. This is a movie that will alienate those expecting to see man on man action or a crass comedy when instead what they have is quite a slow moving tale of two friends agreeing to shag each other in the name of art.
Mark Duplass is the star here, his acting is top notch and Joshua Leonard - still best remembered for The Blair Witch Project - is also very good. Some of the acting is hammy however the movie scores points for showing the interplay between two men and how some of their actions and body language and male bonding is so close to the act most hetro men dare not contemplate.
