Wow! I was not expecting such an engaging film. Granted, I look at this film from the French culture-professor perspective, and perhaps some of the conflicts are presented too much in black-white, stark opposition.
Still, one rarely sees these MANY kinds of conflict: class, political, family, and professional, all mixed in complex fashion.
