Review of Human Nature (2001) by Steve S — 02 Jan 2010
A very funny and quirky film from the twisted mind of charlie kaufman and the skewed eye of the brilliant michel gondry. tim robbins and patricia arquette are really entertaining in this, but I think the standouts are rhys ifans and miranda otto, who almost steal the show.
the plot of this film is so deeply intricate and so very kaufman that I loved it. the dialogue is son witty and brainy in a nonsensical way. if you liked either his or gondry's other work, check this one out for sure.
