I saw this on accident...and boy was it a terrific accident. For comic book continuity buffs...this double feature movie follows the comics to the letter. For newbies expecting this to be some soft cartoon movie, you're sadly mistaken. They push the hell out of this PG-13 rating...it makes Superman Doomsday look like the Powerpuff Girls. This Double Feature is this years Justice League: New Frontier.

The first film, Hulk vs Thor...truly epic...EVERYONE in the Thor universe is there. Loki, Odin, Hela, Balder, Frost Giants, countless more. In this one you really get to see the true strength and power of the Hulk. The hate between Thor and Loki. The dilemma of Bruce Banner. It feels like Peter Jackson did this movie. AND WHEN HULK FIGHTS...HE DON'T HOLD BACK. A Very Shakespearean and wide scoping movie.

Now if you're a fan of Wolverine and the Weapon X you'll absolutely LOVE Hulk vs Wolverine...The voice work is SPOT ON. Same guy that has done Logan in all the Marvel Alliance video games and Spidey Symbiote game again does amazing work...And Wolvy is TOTALLY Wolvy. Those claws...yeah...they cut shit. And by shit, I mean body parts. I knew the guys that made this movie weren't fucking around when Wolverine lops off a guys arm. NO PUNCHES PULLED.

Deathstrike is straight out of the books...They fixed that "her being a mutant" thing and got back to basics...Cyborg enhancements...even references Wolvy disgracing her family...perfect.

Omega Red...yeah in this to...was the straight man but they really understood how to use his powers...and though he seems just a little out of place in this story...I was just happy to see him perfectly done somewhere.

Sabertooth...looks and acts like FUCKING SABERTOOTH...He had the outfit I loved in the books. The bloodlust he had in the books. Great. The only problem I had is that I wanted more of him. Because everytime he's on screen he's great. Only possible way he could have been any better is if Birdie(his female bodyguard) was there somewhere.

The stand out of this movie though..who I think steals this story is Deadpool. Now I know I'm biased here cuz I love Deadpool. I mean take Spider-man...give him GUNS and SWORDS and A HEALING FACTOR then make him even more wisecracking and very much an asshole...and you got Deadpool. But people who don't know or even like Deadpool will have to admit he's great in this. The creators, you can tell, love him and just kept giving him stuff to do. The fact he doesn't have his own movie stuns me. In this movie Deadpool is the not only the comic relief...he is the Jack Sparrow of the flick. Where you don't really know who's side Jack is on..you don't really know where Deadpool is at...until you realize what you realized about Jack...he's on his own side. And boy is he funny. The scene when he asks Wolverine about his unbreakable skull is COMPLETELY Deadpool. Or his secret scene at the end of the credits...HILARIOUS.

Hulk fights all of these great Marvel characters and don't think that Wolverine or Deathstrike or Deadpool don't get to touch him. They take turns slicing Hulk to ribbons....but at the end...its still the Hulk. If Hulk vs Thor is the Peter Jackson movie, Hulk vs Wolverine is the Robert Rodriguez movie. Gore, action galore, and great humor.

All and all if you are a old fan of Marvel comics...and you want to see those images you read when you were younger on the screen in pitch perfect fashion. Hulk vs will not disappoint.
