IMO: Hulk vs. Thor was better than the Hulk vs. Wolverine. With HvW, it seemed more a movie about Wolverine's origins, and personally, I could care less since they're going to mess with storyline any way.
Besides, the ending was crap. However, Deadpool in HvW was freakin' hysterical. HvT was far more interesting overall. Gods versus the Hulk? That screams power! When you can face palm Thor and smash him into the ground.
.. THAT'S when you can say, "Oh f*ck!".
