Review of Hulk (2003) by Nelson M — 04 Jun 2012
I'm no Ang Lee fan and I am not a fan of this film. However, Joss Whedon was because I did see several elements of this film show up in the "Avengers" movie which has made me re-evaluate this movie, maybe we've been too hard on it.
Granted, it's hard to make something all that "smart" for a film about The Hulk, but the film's mind is in the right place. Unfortunately, this film doesn't execute it like it envisioned.
This might have been a better film has it been directed just a bit different had it taken a direct science fiction route instead of being an action film.
