Review of Hulk (2003) by Hunter P — 15 Sep 2012
Ang Lee's Hulk was ambitious and it tryed. I respect it for that besides good casting and acting. It was average but it had potential and you can tell he tryed. Eric Bana was a pretty good choice but I think Edward Norton.
The plot was kind of confusing but it tryed. I didn't like the villian but seeing the movie will make you understand why. Sam Elliott was a pretty good Thunderbolt Ross and the casting is an important part of the movie.
The action scenes were pretty good but not enough explosions for me. When reviewers say movies like The Dark Knight or X-Men 2 feel like comic books on the big screen they didn't mean what Ang Lee did.
He put many comic frames to make it literaly look like a comic on the big screen. Otherwise not really good movie and just pretty much ok. Good enough to be seen once but not to see more than that.
