I'm giving 2 and being generous... this was suppose to be an action movie yet the first sequence was not till an hour and sixteen minutes into it... till then its dialogue and more dialogue...
The action scenes are very Cartoony even for 2003! I would file this under drama... If only it had decided what it actually wanted to be!!!
