Review of Hugo (2012) by Juan David C — 01 Feb 2013
Following the steps of James Cameron and George Lucas, Martin Scorsese has adopted 3D to make his most unusual motion picture. The team of experts behind this production includes: photographer Robert Richardson, composer Howard Shore, set decorator Dante Ferreti, editor Thelma Schonmaker, designer Sandi Powell and screenwriter John Logan.
All of them contributed to create a magical world that honors cinema, its beginnings in France, and highlights the job of Georges Méliès, The Lumière brothers and Buster Keaton.
