Review of Hugo (2012) by J.b. R — 23 May 2013
Excellent children's story from the master Scorsese. The film uses digital animation very appropriately and creates an incredible world on the screen. The performances are top notch from the entire cast and the injection of film history in the story is a nice touch for cinephiles.
The film drags a bit in the second half but overall is very enjoyable and entertaining.
