Although hindered with off-tempo pacing, a muddy script, and some occasional stale acting, the theme of Martin Scorsese's "Hugo" is one of the more powerful messages made in modern filmmaking which is only enhanced by its stunning visuals.
"Hugo" should be an entertaining film for all, especially cinephiles.
