Review of Hugo (2011) by Moush A — 19 Jul 2013
The film was quite entertaining up until the second half. The latter part of the movie really strayed away, and I thought I was watching a whole different movie. It made me lose interest. And I kept checking how long it was going to run.
I'm not really sure what I think of the story yet though. It's interesting yet clichéd in a way. Sacha Baron Cohen's performance was excellent, and I kept wanting more. All in all, worth seeing it once.
Definitely not Scorsese's best. And he really went wild with the cameras there!
