Fuck "over the top," there is no fucking "top" to cinema. This movie sets out to be absurb, and it is. And amazingly so. Call it a fantasy movie or something, there you go. Totally unrealistic because its not supposed to be.
So just enjoy it and quit bitching about realism in a movie that makes no claims to adhere to plausibility.
