"Howl" achieves its presumed aim of using a unique presentation, or form if you will (didn't they steal it from Whitman though?!?!?!) but misses the mark in terms of content. The film quite simply needed more fleshing out and generally.
.. just... more. Clocking in at a little over 75 minutes, this film leaves you wanting, but not completely getting.
