I remember that I used to love this movie when I was kid. Man, I was a stupid kid. I re-watched it after all these years (if watching means fast forwarding through the last 40 minutes). GOOD GOD ITS TERRIBLE! I was so ready to love this movie.
Weird premise, awesome 80's rock, Lucas style production; but, it was not to be. I honestly can't even list where this movie goes wrong. You could write an entire dissertation on how this movie is one big fail.
The only thing this movie has got going for it is that Lea Thompson was mega-cute back in the day; however, this is ruined by the awkward and disturbing sexual tensions between her and the freakish duck man.
SKIP IT AT ALL COSTS!
