Review of Howard the Duck (1986) by Nathan S — 18 May 2011
This movie was a "quack". It is an human-like duck that was zapped from his galaxy into a strange, new world for him. For everyone else, this whole movie is more strange and derange than most comedies.
The only laughs are the unintentional love between Beverly (Lea Thompson as a Rock Musician) and a unlikable jerk, also known as Howard (the Duck). Sounds strange doesn't it? And that's just the beginning of this dimwitted bottom of the barrel film.
For what's its worth, its still better than watching most of Ernest films.
