Review of Howard the Duck (1986) by Ben W — 12 Oct 2012
I had heard about this film's notorious reputation, and in all honesty, I went in wanting to hate it because I hadn't harshly criticized a bad film in ages...but it wouldn't let me. Sure there are creepy scenes like the romance aspect, duck condoms, and other things, but this film has a charming, goofy quality to it that I found far too entertaining to dislike.
Well, I guess I'm now part of the cult following this film has.
