Review of Howard the Duck (1986) by Tomasan — 19 Feb 2009

This is by far the strangest, craziest movie I have ever seen. Since I was a kid, me and my brother have loved this movie. That is why I gave Howard the Duck 5 effin starz bitch! because its the greatest shit ever! :P haha.

In all honesty, Howard the Duck is very cheesy, ridiculous and out of this world in terms of a live action movie. This very much seems like something that should have been a freakin' cartoon but wasn't.

Well hell that was the same with 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' and that ended up a timeless, 5 star rating movie as well. I guess its these rare gems like 'Howard' that make it truly worth watching movies.

This movie is a rare gem also because of the fact that it never had a sequel. I dont think it ever even had a video game for that matter! I have seen a lot of websites and things that actually rate Howard the Duck as the single most worst movie ever and I can see how that could be.

It is actually one of the only movies to date that has never been released on DVD! But just think, this movie is a product of the 80's when all the fantastic cheese was coming out! What was the 80's with out Howard!! As for the acting and the movie itself, all of the actors play their roles very properly for how they were written and believe it or not, the special FX for the time were actually really awesome! I think it was a great blend of fantasy, fiction, sci-fi and comedy that made for a truly, truly out of this world, entertaining movie.

If you have never seen Howard the Duck, then you must be from another planet, or else you weren't a child of the 80's. Either way, Howard is epic in my opinion. I will always truly cherish this retarded ass movie! 5 damn starz for Howard the fuckin Duck bitch! Yeah!! Thats how that goes down.
