Review of Howard the Duck (1986) by Brian F — 17 Mar 2009
You can tell we are in the waning days of DVD when Lucasfilm decides it is time to release the bastard stepchild of their archives. When you can say that you have experienced "Edward Rooney" running around with laser eyes, Tim Robbins as a crazy scientist, and Lea Thompson singing Thomas Dolby "Howard the Duck" theme songs.
..you can finally say that your life is complete. This movie represents everything that was wrong about 1980s movies, and I loved it for that :).
