Review of How to Train Your Dragon (2010) by Shane D — 15 Jun 2014
Outside of one or two moments in Kung Fu Panda, this is the best non-Pixar animation I have ever seen. It takes a little while to warm up but once it does it never loses its grip and manages to walk the line perfectly between amazing action sequences (some of the best visuals seen during the final battle sequence) and genuinely lovely moments.
I'm sorry it took me so long to get around to watching it.
