Review of How to Train Your Dragon (2010) by Ian R — 20 Feb 2014

This is a fun show. It's a got a nice story about an awkward boy finding his place in the world, the world being a tribe of vikings fighting dragons! I think it's a tale that is well executed and delivers its message nicely.

I think it's enjoyable for both children and adults. It has a nice voice cast with Jay Baruchel and Gerard Butler, though Baruchel's voice feels a little out of place at times. I found that his trademark dry sarcasm didn't always translate well to his CGI character.

But still, it's a pretty great show.
