Review of How to Train Your Dragon 2 (2014) by Jeff D — 31 Dec 2014

This is now considered one of my favorite DreamWorks Animation movies, along with Antz, Shrek, Chicken Run, Shrek 2, The Croods, The Road to El Dorado, The Prince of Egypt, and many more. Although I do have an appreciation for the first Dragons movie, but it story was a problem for me, like I heard this style of story in films like Elf, Kronk's New Groove and Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs. But I do love it's animation and some of it's characters along with it, but Hiccup kinda bothered me. Again, enjoy the movie, but it still could use some help. This on the other hand is a LOT better than its predecessor with its awesome original story, amazing and beautiful animation, and great characters.

Story: 10/10.

Animation: 10/10.

Characters: 9/10.
