Marilyn Monroe, Betty Grable, and Lauren Bacall are three of the most engrossing actresses of all time, which makes this a pretty good film! The feminine comraderie of these old films is all but missing in modern cinema, and yet this was pre-feminism.
.. makes you wonder... Marilyn is outstanding in this film, and her comic timing impeccable, from delivering lines to the occasional slapstick. She still stands out as one of the greatest comedic actresses of all time.
