Review of How to Make an American Quilt (1995) by Tim H — 07 Jun 2007
This is def. a chick flick, and if you are sworn of chick flicks, well then this is not for you. However, if you love movies and stories, this is for you. This is a very intriguing tale, with a collection of heart-felt stories that really reach to your core.
The acting is excellent, as you can tell by just looking at this ensemble. What I love about this film though, is that it does not provide any answers to love, or try to have some weird sappy stories that make you smile, no it will make you smile, but these stories seem real, and not in any way making excuses for it.
It is a remarkable film.
