Tepid thriller recycles makeups from "I Was A Teenage Werewolf/Frankenstein" for a largely thrill-less melodrama about a disgruntled makeup wizard getting revenge on the Hollywood suits who put him out of business.
So we're totally on his side and there's no villain!Final reel's in colour for some reason.
