"Why are there tv's in the bathtub?" " Because I am going to DO them, in the middle of an advertisement for themselves!" This movie gets really stupid about halfway through, but the first half is hilarious enough to tolerate the ending.
The English accent and way of speaking makes it somehow even funnier. "Look at you, you've got a pollicking bag in your head, you look stark raving MAD!" Just too funny.
