How the Grinch Stole Christmas is one of my favorite Christmas movies. Ron Howard's visual masterpiece isn't just funny and charming but it really delves into the psyche of The Grinch. He may be mean, but deep down he's just a lonely guy.
The moment when he realizes what Christmas is really about is so incredible. So moving. Jim Carrey is OUTSTANDING. One of his best performances. I don't understand when critics dismiss the movie and say that Jim Carrey's performance will "scare" kids.
I've watched this with children before. They laugh their butts off.
