Review of How Green Was My Valley (1941) by Bob W — 28 Aug 2007
In my mind this is John Ford's masterpiece. A warning however is that Ford is a slow paced director and this is a movie one has to be patient with. It is worth it in my opinion. One of my favorite films.
Also, I love Maureen O'Hara and she captivated me in this movie... even without hardly said a word... Sarah Allgood is amazing and under appreciated.
