This truly is one of the BEST movies. Yes, it's an almost non-stop tear-jerker (and I'll admit I teared up, and I haven't done that in a while...). Beautiful cinematography, compelling story and characters.
And a super-young Roddy McDowall (who knew he'd eventually be known as Cornelius the Ape!) Definitely will be listed as one of my favorite films!
