I always thought Reese Witherspoon was hot, and after this movie I reckon that sometime before the end of her career she will be able to act. This is also about the only movie I have seen where Owen Wilson appeared and failed to seriously damage the movie.
Jack Nicholson in his few minutes on screen is at his creepy best. The less said about the plot the better. But guys, when rom-com time comes, this is safe ground.
