Unlike the original and first Housefull, the new sequel Housefull 2 has not received positive response from mainly anyone. However, it broke many records at the box office. Housefull 2 fails at creating a place at your heart, and dissapoints with the over-acting of John Abraham mostly, though Akshay Kumar's performance once again saves the day. His performance, the music score, and some of the comedy works at places. The film is nothing special, but is not behind in entertaining you.
