Fantastically written, good acting and leaving out the pattern of using jump scares like 95% of the horror genre today, Housebound is a horror comedy that is both actually funny, and actually scary [which I find to be rare.
] Not as predictable as most horror movies, Housebound has the right amount of clever jokes peppered in with the suspense and tension.
