Great movie, watched when I was much younger and it made me want to go and live on a houseboat. I don't know if this is true, but I either read or heard somewhere that the day they filmed the wedding scene was the day Sophia married Carlo Ponti.
Poor Cary he was so in love with her. Imagine having to film a scene like that knowing that the person you loved had just married someone else.
