This sequel just basically refcycles all the old jokes and characters from the origonal and basically all the plot moments as well..... the movie however is missing one thing and that is Pops. he was the funniest character in the origonal and unfortunatly he didnt live to star in the sequel and the movie suffers.
what the movie does accomplish however is the black culture of that area in the 80s. this makes the movie entertaining however its disguesed as a comedy but doesnt get very many intentional laughs.
