This is a decent film. The trick here is not to compare it to the original (which I love). This is made for a new type of audience that expect everything to be explained to them, and is essentially a different film.

Once you get past that, it's a pretty good movie. Plus it has the always delightful Geoffery Rush and the captivating Famke Janssen...
