This film is a cross between the house of wax and kingdom hospital (the american remake, not the wonderful european original). it's not exactly scary...but it's a decent remake of a horror classic.
geoffrey rush (barbosa from pirates of the caribbean) plays the role originated by vincent price and he does so as well as he can under the circumstances.
