Simple put: "No Boll; Better Movie".
Although, not perfect. It's really cliche at times, and a little lame, but really it's just like any other direct to DVD zombie movie. It has it's faults, yes, but not as bad as the first one. Really, it has nothing to do with the first one, and they probably should have just given its own name instead of making it a sequel to a horrible movie.
Maybe, "Campus of the Dead?".
