This, a true "drama" in the manner of Ordinary People. Not bizarre, but real life. Not an escape, but a "how would I handle that?" experience.
What intrigues me about a story like this is that the writer pulled the two main characters from his real life, put the two together and made a credible, riveting story.
Intense, excellent performances by Jennifer Connelly, Ben Kingsley, Shohreh Aghdashloo and even Ron Eldard. Not your typical Friday night escape movie, but one you must plan to see and be emotionally prepared to see.
