An entertaining and very funny soap opera, but still a soap opera. The over-the-top acting from some of these actors — Jared Leto and Lady Gaga's — we'll keep you hooked, but let's be honest, Ridley Scott was probably not the right guy for this.
The screenplay also has a lot of issues, trying to say a lot about these characters and the industry without saying anything relevant at all. 'House of Gucci' is a wild ride, but it overstays its welcome for about one hour.
