Review of House of Games (1987) by Joshua T — 31 Jul 2008
Could have been great, if someone else had played the psychologist's role. The plot is interesting and compelling (esp the opening card game) but not awe-inspiringly so. What makes this movie memorable is the rest of the cast's performances (esp Joe Mantegna).
